I’ve held several roles as an educator: a classroom teacher, a homeschooling parent, a reading tutor, supporting homeschooling families as a virtual charter school educator.
The truth is that one size of education does not fit all and what I’ve explored has provided more questions and more desire to expand our way of thinking on how we learn.
One truth that holds time and again is that learning happens when you engage your strengths.
It’s not only a relief when our strengths are recognized and validated, but we’re willing to keep trying when we’re learning something challenging. We have more confidence and the path forward takes on a sense of clarity and excitement.
The posts are lean as I’ve just begun, but there’s so much more I have to share. Download the free online resource guide, keep coming back, and leave a comment if you’d like more resources on a particular challenge.
